Special Calling Card Instructions
Prompted minutes are available when used on a single call. A $0.99 fee applies on 1st day of use and every 7 days thereafter. Calls made via toll free access numbers are subject to a $0.04 per minute fee. Calls made via pay phones are subject to a $0.99 fee. The maximum domestic call rate is $0.15 per minute (plus toll free and pay phone fees if applicable). For calls made to international telephone numbers, the following fees will reduce the number of available minutes and the value of the card after each call: 1) a fee of up to $0.49 upon completion of each connected call; and 2) a maximum service fee of $0.15 per minute (in addition to the base rate per minute). Minutes and/or seconds are billed in 3 minute increments. This card has no cash value and is not refundable. Card expires 3 months after first use.
